Rates are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed deposit reservations.

Pre-Pay Policy: all payments must be received by April 30th, 2010.
Cancellation Policy:
Requests made 30 days (or more) in advance, will see your full deposit being refunded, minus a $25 fee.
Requests made less than 30 days in advance will result in your total deposit being forfeited.

Deluxe sites are those with a 30 amp set-up; Premium sites are those with a 50 amp set-up.

All waterfront sites are considered Premium sites.

*Additional fee for electrical usage will be charged for stays of one month, or longer.

Pets (upon approval by management) must be quiet, friendly & leashed.

Storage rate is $107 per month (incl. tax).
