Good News!
Bay Bayou RV Resort's Phase III expansion is starting. There will be 60 additional areas with 11 lakefront and 21 riverfront sites. Notice the new area designations - the orginal Resort is now known as Manatee Bay. The first expansion is known as Heron Pond and the new Phase III will be known as Mullet Creek.
241 Large Sites soon will be 301 with 30/50 amp electric available for hookup. City sewer, water, telephone & TV hookups, plus paved roads and streetlights. Many sites incorporate the pull-thru style; 8'x18' concrete patios with picnic tables at all sites. Anti-mosquito systems are installed.
